Bespoke Guardians are on the lookout for an OFSTED Registered Manager to help provide best-in-class care and support for children and young people who may have complex behaviours and needs. We endeavour to create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the children and young people, enabling them to express their characters, feel safe, and enrich their lives – “Doing What Others Won’t”. This is our first residential children’s home and an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape and guide our vision.
We are seeking a manager to oversee the daily operational needs for the children’s home, ensuring high-quality and care provisions meet the required standards under OFSTED and children’s home regulations. You will be working closely with relevant professional agencies to ensure high standards of support is delivered using a multi-agency approach.
The ideal candidate will have extensive understanding of the challenges that this role entails but also understands the rewards that comes along with it.
