Supporting Children that are at risk of being subject to Care Proceedings. Our teams work hard to support Children and families using a multidisciplinary approach. We are passionate about providing and delivering solutions to Families and children in the most challenging times.

Our teams are recruited from a wide range of backgrounds and experience, bringing a variety of skills to our services. We follow ‘Safer Recruitment’ best practice and complete diligent pre-employment checks. Through interviews and the induction programme we ensure the right people are selected and fully trained and prepared, ready for their first shift with a young person.
Our meticulously designed training services are created to prepare caregivers for the diverse challenges of working with children. We offer an extensive range of courses that cover critical areas such as child development, health and safety, nutrition and behaviour management. Our programs emphasize creating a nurturing and safe environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional and cognitive growth. Training is provided by fully qualified instructors. This ensures that care givers are equipped with the skills and confidence needed to foster a safe, supportive and enriching atmosphere for children.
